Supply Offering
Roles in the Supply Offering Procedure
Seller (Supply Offeror)
This role represents sellers who actively present their products for sale by creating detailed offers on the platform. Sellers respond to Delivery Terms Requests from interested buyers by providing specific delivery conditions and facilitating agreements to complete transactions.

Buyer (Interested Party)
This role represents buyers who actively explore product offers posted by sellers, identify items of interest, and initiate Delivery Terms Requests. Buyers negotiate terms with sellers and finalize purchases by agreeing on mutually acceptable conditions.

How It Works
This section explains the interaction between Sellers (Supply Offerors) and Buyers (Interested Parties), enabling seamless product discovery, negotiation, and purchase
1

Step 1: Seller Creates a Supply Offer

• The Seller creates a detailed product offer on the platform, including:

o Product specifications (e.g., features, dimensions, materials).

o Pricing details (fixed price or negotiable).

o Available quantities.

o Delivery terms (e.g., estimated timelines, logistics, regions served).

• The product offer is published on the platform, making it visible to all Interested Parties (Buyers).

2

Step 2: Buyer Explores Supply Offers

• The Buyer browses the platform, searching for products that meet their needs.

• Buyers can use filters (e.g., price, category, or location) to refine their search and evaluate product details in the offers.

3

Step 3: Buyer Sends a Delivery Terms Request

• Upon finding a product of interest, the Buyer submits a Delivery Terms Request to the Seller to clarify delivery details.

• This request may include inquiries about:

o Delivery timelines.

o Shipping methods and costs.

o Additional terms, such as warranties or payment conditions.

4

Step 4: Seller Responds to the Delivery Terms Request

• The Seller reviews the Buyer’s request and responds with specific delivery details, which may include:

o Adjusted shipping timelines.

o Logistics options tailored to the Buyer’s needs.

o Confirmation of costs and terms.

5

Step 5: Buyer Reviews Delivery Terms

• The Buyer evaluates the Seller’s response to determine if the proposed delivery terms meet their requirements.

• If the terms are satisfactory, the Buyer proceeds to the next step.

6

Step 6: Buyer Requests a Sales Contract

• The Buyer initiates the purchase by requesting a formal sales contract from the Seller.

• Both parties agree on the final terms, including payment and delivery conditions.

7

Step 7: Transaction Finalization

• The Seller confirms the Buyer’s request and completes the transaction by fulfilling the delivery as per the agreed terms.

• The Buyer makes the payment and receives the product.
